Mid-November ace
Mal Marks scores hole-in-one
Mal Marks scored a hole-in-one on the 11th hole at Scenic City Golf Course on Nov. 15, 2009.
He made the 118-yard ace with a six iron. He was playing with Jack Cutting. It is believed to be the latest hole-in-one to be scored in a golf season in Grey-Bruce although official records are not kept.
The previous record was set on Nov. 8, 2009 at Whispering Hills Golf Club by Don Wyatt of Walkerton.
