Glenn misses cut at nationals
Owen Sound golfer 18 over par
Owen Sound Golf & Country Club member Justin Glenn didn't make the cut at his first national championship. He was 18 over par after two days of playing in the Aug. 3-6 Canadian Junior Boys Championship at Westmount Golf and Country Club in Kitchener. A score of +10 or better was needed to make the cut. It was Glenn's first national championship. He'll get one more chance when he plays in the Canadian Men's Amateur on Aug. 9-13 in Blainville, Que. He qualified for both the national championships as a result of his performance at the provincial events. He finished tied for 49th at the Ontario Amateur Championships and tied for 40th at the Junior/Juvenile championship.
