The award-winning Neustadt Springs Brewery operates out of a former brewery that was established in 1859 over one of the finest sources of spring water in Canada. The restored facility now offers group tours which include gourmet food and drink and a walk through caverns to view the brewing process. The brewery is only a short drive west of Homestead Golf and Winter Resort. |
